8. Standard Terms and Conditions

  • Final Proposal Terms: This agreement supersedes all previous negotiations and representations. Any modifications must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

  • Service Execution: Services are delivered through our management portal, with the agency relying on client approvals and feedback for timely execution.

  • Termination Policy: Packages require full payment and service completion. After contract completion, optional services may be terminated with one month's written notice.

  • Ownership and Intellectual Property: All materials remain the our property until the agreement is fully executed and payments are complete.

  • Liability and Compensation: We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by errors, omissions, or external factors. Both parties indemnify each other from any losses arising from agreement breaches.

  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding data and materials shared during the engagement.

  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made before service initiation. Installments follow predefined schedules. No refunds are offered.

  • Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved amicably or through arbitration before legal action. Jurisdiction lies with Delhi courts.

  • Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond control, such as natural disasters or political changes.

  • Non-solicitation: Clients agree not to hire or solicit the our team or clients during the agreement period and for two years thereafter.

  • Service Usage: Services are to be used lawfully. Misuse or sharing of proprietary materials for competitive purposes is prohibited.
